Salary and Remuneration

Important: This is a project-based engagement, and there will be no annual increments, promotions, or regularization of services. The engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project duration or funding availability, whichever is earlier.

Contract Duration

The engagement will be on a purely contractual basis for the duration of the research project or until the project is completed/terminated, whichever is earlier. The initial contract may be for 6 months to 1 year, with possible extensions based on project requirements and performance evaluation. The contract can be terminated by either party with one month's notice. The institute reserves the right to terminate the services at any time without assigning reasons if the performance is found unsatisfactory or if the project is discontinued.
