Salary and Remuneration

Both positions offer the same remuneration package:

Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: ₹20,000/-

The remuneration is consolidated and includes all components. No additional allowances (except HRA) such as DA, TA, medical allowance, etc., will be provided. The salary will be disbursed monthly upon satisfactory completion of duties and submission of necessary documents.

Important: This is a project-based engagement, and there will be no annual increments, promotions, or regularization of services. The engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project duration or funding availability, whichever is earlier.

Contract Duration

The engagement will be on a purely contractual basis for the duration of the research project or until the project is completed/terminated, whichever is earlier. The initial contract may be for 6 months to 1 year, with possible extensions based on project requirements and performance evaluation. The maximum duration will depend on the project timeline and funding availability.

The contract can be terminated by either party with one month's notice. The institute reserves the right to terminate the services at any time without assigning reasons if the performance is found unsatisfactory or if the project is discontinued.

No Regular Employment Claim: The contractual engagement does not confer any right whatsoever for regular appointment, absorption, or continuation in NEIGRIHMS or any other government organization after the project period.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following criteria:
